I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I offer a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space for people to discover their way forward in life. I believe that everyone is unique and should be understood and valued as such.
I work in an empowering, empathetic and clear way with clients to help them to find their own way forward. I have a firm belief that each client I see is the ultimate expert on their inner world and how they experience it, therefore I will not give generalised advice.
I will however, listen to my clients, ask them questions and help them to explore their subjective experiencing of their world to help them to build the tools, understanding and clarity to move forward with their lives. Whether this is in-depth psychotherapy over many sessions, or a few sessions learning some mindfulness, breathwork or meditation exercises, my door is open to everyone.
